Please ensure your returned items meet the following conditions: Products must be new or gently used. Items should be in their original packaging. Returns of products that are heavily used, damaged, or altered may not be accepted. Orders that included a free promotional item must be returned with the promotional item(s) in order to qualify for a return or a courtesy replacement following a report of non-receipt. When returning a set or bundle, all original components must be included. Partial returns of sets or kits are not eligible for a refund. Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively.
