However, if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return items within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Please ensure your returned items meet the following conditions: Products must be new or gently used. Items should be in their original packaging. Returns of products that are heavily used, damaged, or altered may not be accepted. Orders that included a free promotional item must be returned with the promotional item(s) in order to qualify for a return or a courtesy replacement following a report of non-receipt. When returning a set or bundle, all original components must be included. Partial returns of sets or kits are not eligible for a refund. Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively. Orders must be placed within the stated promotional period to qualify. Products purchased from authorized retailers cannot be returned through shmink.ca. Please contact the original place of purchase to arrange your return. While we can document your claim, we are unable to issue monetary refunds without a corresponding order in our system. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels.
