Use with SHMINK’S #4 ½ highlighting brush or small powder brush to angle features upwards. Load up brush with desired shade and sweep under eyes to set concealer. Apply more onto the tops of cheekbones to elevate bone structure. Can be used outside of lips to discourage color bleeding.
